Our BBQ is REAL. No shortcuts, no gas, no gimmicks—just wood-fired flavor perfected over 9–10 hours of slow smoking.

Every Friday, we bring you slow-smoked Boston Butts that are tender, juicy, and packed with deep, smoky goodness. Each one spends 9-10 hours in the smoker, kissed by real wood, then wrapped and sealed to lock in flavor.

👉 Pick-Up Time: Fridays, 4-5 PM (at the smokehouse behind the building, facing the railroad tracks)
